All Costumes was founded in Toledo, Ohio in 1980. We've been online since 1997. That means that we've had more than 35 years of experience in the costuming business, 21 years online. We're a small company who value each and every customer, and strive to provide the personal attention, respect, and service to go beyond expectations.

Orders are shipped out on business days (Monday-Friday) only. We do not ship on weekends or on major holidays, so please take this into account when estimating shipping times for your order.
